Victoria has a long history in the creative and technology sectors, and has extensive film, television, legal, governance and international business experience.
She was CEO for the company before being lured to launch a national education Institute of Creativity in 2017. She continues to support Gibson International in a governance role and advisory capacity on the structuring of special projects such as international commissions.
Victoria was made an officer of the NZ Order of Merit for services to theatre, film and television in 2016.
